Got my call through AMCAT. Interview was taken by the CEO, Mr. Arvind Rao. He asked about my college, and my future plans, why I am suitable for this job?

The hiring process involved one on one interview and the questions were very basic about why do want to join this company, previous offers, self introduction, academic background and family background. it was not at all an difficult interview to crack, it was all very informal.
