Within a week, I was invited to a screening call with an HR recruiter, which was a casual chat about my background and the role. After that, I completed a skills challenge to showcase my abilities. Next, I had a job fit interview discussing my experience and career goals.

The interview went well with HR recruiter, the company culture seemed nice and caring about their employees. The process is 3-4 step, first with HR, 2nd is a skills assessment that needs to be submitted online, I could not clear that.
