Sometimes in my career, I come across what I’d call “the one that got away,” and for me, this opportunity with Ivo is one of those moments. It was truly a compelling role, and while I performed well and received positive feedback, I can’t help but feel this is one I’ll look back on with a bit of disappointment that it didn’t work out. The experience itself was exceptional from start to finish. The recruiter was absolutely delightful, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I left the experience genuinely hoping I’ll have the opportunity to work with her again in the future. The executive I met with was equally impressive, sharp, engaging, and clearly a strong leader. Even with a long career behind me, I found myself thinking how much I could have learned from her and the broader experience at Ivo. I can’t say enough good things about the process overall. Ivo is operating in a rapidly growing space, and I have no doubt they are well positioned for continued success. I wish the team nothing but the best moving forward.
