3 interviews in person, first with HR second with the team leaders third with the team leader the company believe they will place you with. Was an interesting process although did not accept as they pay offered was way too low

Typical questions for a recruitment role like past experience, career history, life story, with some very personal questions about family situation.
Did not get an offer at the end for the reason "there's no role" for me. Totally a waste of time as it could have been avoided from the beginning of the process. They insisted on having 3 interviews face-to-face.
Looking around the office I can tell the culture of "we are a team" "we are a family" feels very forced with A4 papers with those sentences sticking and hanging on every space around the office.
