I applied on Jan 23rd and was contacted by a recruiter on Feb 6th asking to set up a phone interview. I had my phone interview on Feb 10th, face to face interview on the 11th and I received an offer letter today feb 12th. The phone interview and the face to face interview both went smoothly. They were more conversational than question and answer.
