It’s was flexible and very balanced. My interviewer had amazing questions and gave amazing feedback. It was definitely one of my easiest interviews process ever. Overall a positive experience with JB Hunt’s interview process.

The internship process was very fast, it started with a phone call with the recruiter and then a week later you get scheduled an interview with the supervisor and hiring manager of your department via zoom.
