Two phone interviews, then an all day job shadowing that was pretty comprehensive. During the job shadowing part of the interview you sit with someone in the CSC role and learn the day-to-day tasks and then there is an interview with several managers. They also made me type up my response to a question, I think to make sure I could type a certain number of WPM and make sure that I had the ability to express myself through e-mail. They sat us down at the end and walked us through what our pay and benefits would be. It used to be a program for young adults coming straight out of college, so it was nice to get your hand help through what benefits packages and pay are all about.
