it was relatively easy. two rounds, first with manager and then with the store manager. Really just want to know why you want to work for j crew specifically. could do a better job of picking people who fit the culture typical questions such as how you have shown leadership in the past, describe a situation where you have gone above and beyond in the past, why j crew, name some of our competitors. person giving the interview was reading off a script.

Lovely interview with the then assistant manager. Just connect showing your bubbly personality and talk maturely about your former job experience.
It ran for about 30-35 mins yet felt as if time flew by due to great conversation.
Great retail job. Requires alot of connecting with customers, even styling them in the fit rooms. But also remember EVERYONES EXPERIENCE is different

Easy, Basic Questions with the store manager. Just ask about previous experience and your availability. Why you want to work there. Met with the store manager and asked questions outside of the store.
the interview was entirely behavioral and very casual/conversational. mostly just how you would handle customer interactions and selling the credit card. i would highly recommend working there and interviewing. very similar to other retail interviews.
