The hiring process is way easier and quicker if you are referred by an employee that is already working there. My friend referred me, so i got an interview on the spot. Just quick questions about why i wanted to work at J. Crew, what i like about their clothes and fashion, what my hours of availability were, and questions similar to these. I then got called back onto a dual interview between myself and another girl that was refereed as well. We were both hired, but they just wanted to save time and do the interview combined. It was a quick process. Didn't take longer than 2 weeks.

I applied online, then I called the store and notified them that I had just applied. They pulled my application and sent me an interview with store manager. Interview lasted about 15 minutes, no additional interviews.
