In person interview with store director. It was a new store opening, so interview was conducted off site. Only one interview was required for the position I was interviewing for. All questions were answered, and response and follow through were fair and timely.

It was very relaxed. Everyone was really kind and thoughtful. They all seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and who I was. Interview itself was one-on-one with the Store Director.
