I arrived at the Wetherspoons I was applying for 15m early, and was offered a drink and asked to find a place to sit as I waited for the manager. At the time that my interview was meant to start, the manager came over and introduced himself to me, and told me he needed to go do something real quick, and he'd be right back.
About 5 minutes later, he surfaced with a clipboard and asked me to follow him to a quieter part of the pub.
The interview process is meant to last about 30-40m, and mine lasted about 35m. During this, I was asked a list of questions from a piece of paper, explained the role in more detail, and asked if I had any questions. I was told that I get a call the next day if I was successful in getting the job.

I submitted a CV and then I was shortly asked to come in for an interview to discuss my experience and skills. It was done in the Pub with two members of staff, who did make me feel comfortable, however I had to wait 30 minutes as they were behind schedule

We sat down in the seating area of the pub and I answered questions the interviewer asked and filled in on a sheet. It was quite quick and friendly. I was offered the job via phone call a couple hours later.

It was a fairly relaxed meeting, held in the location I had applied for with the general manager who asked pretty standard questions about previous experience and availability to work.
