Length online application process, friendly one on one interview with pub manager that outlined the job role and expectations of the mangment on someone undertaking that role. They took the time to ask questions about me and my life to see if this role would be suitable. Was a casual chat that took place in the pub it's self watched by the current staff, this was slightly of putting but was easy to ignore.

I submitted a CV and then I was shortly asked to come in for an interview to discuss my experience and skills. It was done in the Pub with two members of staff, who did make me feel comfortable, however I had to wait 30 minutes as they were behind schedule

We sat down in the seating area of the pub and I answered questions the interviewer asked and filled in on a sheet. It was quite quick and friendly. I was offered the job via phone call a couple hours later.

It was a fairly relaxed meeting, held in the location I had applied for with the general manager who asked pretty standard questions about previous experience and availability to work.
