They sit you down with 2 maybe 3 people to ask you questions and they all "grade you on your answer" they basically know who they're going to give the job to before the interviews even start its not fair it's rigged they gave the job to another guy from another department that's not even qualified who don't even know what he's freaking doing ive got to get out of this damn department I've got another interview soon hopefully i will be a utility soon already talked to the boss hopefully it goes good this time we're over worked they won't give us no help and the boss likes to promise things and not follow through
