The process was very tedious. Extremely reliant on technological implementations for the hiring process. Be very good at HireVue or else don't even think about applying for any intern position.

The HireVue interview is basically an online, pre-recorded video interview that serves as the first step in their hiring process. Instead of speaking with a live recruiter, you’ll get a set of questions on-screen and record your responses, which are then reviewed by the hiring team—and sometimes even analyzed by AI. The process is pretty structured. You’ll usually get around 5 to 7 questions, mostly behavioral, and you'll have about 30 seconds to prepare before answering. Once the timer starts, you typically have 90 seconds to 2 minutes to record your response. There’s no redo option for most questions, so you have to be clear and confident in your first attempt.
