      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso J.P. Morgan (Bengaluru)

      Colloquio

      I have been interviewed at this company twice and both the times they screwed up the interview one way or the other. First time so many candidates had come that they were not able to manage. They were holding two rounds of written test. The questions were not too tough and one program they asked to make was easy. After waiting for few hours I came to know that my and few others' coding sheets have been lost. I was told that now its 5 o clock so they'll inform me about it on monday. Of course I never got to hear from them and whole day got wasted. Second time no written rounds were there. I saw that some candidates who had embarked after me got chance to appear for interview before me. After waiting for 2 hours my first round came. The interview process went supposedly fine. After that HR asked my name 2-3 times and asked me to wait. Having waited for half an hour more the HR came and said they haven't got feedback on me till then. He requested me to leave for the day and that he'll get back with feedback by some day next week. How hard could it be to give an instant feedback from the person who took interview or if you are not selecting then inform this there n then only.

      Colloquio

      I was given Employment Application form, wherein all the details like Personal Details, Family Background, Education Details (Start with last degree), Employment Details (starting with current employment), Responsibilities in current job, Organizational chart, compensation details, expected compensation, and professional refrence to be filled up before going to the interview. And then I was interviewed for Java / J2EE based technologies for 25-30 minutes.
