Colloquio
-Applied online
-Took a math skills, personality, work skills test
-Got an email a few days later inviting me to take a phone screening
-Called the recruiting center; got kind of an intense guy who asked me some standard interview questions in a somber tone
-The phone interviewer told me he'd pass on my application to upper management (whew!)
-3 business days later, the branch manager called to schedule an interview
-interviewed 2 days later with 2 branch managers (so 2 on 1 interview)
-the branch managers were very nice.
-asked me standard interview questions, many which were same or similar to the phone interview questions
-at one point i was asked to pick an item on the table and sell it to one of the branch managers.
-specific questions: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for us, what motivates you, tell me about a time you handled an angry customer

- With hiring Manager in her office. Asked questions about goals and why I wanted to work for Chase. She was very nice and I believe she is still the manager of that Chase branch.

Pretty standard interview process. It started with a short phone call, asking about yourself and why you wanted to work there. Then another phone call or zoom going more in-depth about your skills and explaining the role to see if you would be a good fit.
