Asked about the projects and tasks that I have done from my former employers. Daily work process and challenges as wells as how I resolved the situations. I met two people on the same day of the interview, one is the hiring manager and one over after the first interview.

Application, phone interview, interview. A mix of competency and general questions, both on the area of business as well as jp/finance generally. Very friendly interview, not intimidating at all. Also met with internal recruiter which focused more on culture.

First stage was virtual interview, they sent me a link to download their official app and record my answers.
After that I had a phone screening, 1 face to face interview and 2 online interviews. I used bluejeans but they offered me a room in their office to ensure the best connection.
In general it went smooth and fast (5weeks for managerial position is pretty good).
Thei informed me in advance that, in case of offer accepted, they'd require 4 weeks of background screening process.
