First, I applied online(a Wednesday). The application was quite long for an online one. There was an assessment that took me roughly 2 hours. I uploaded my resume and filled out the basic information. Two days later(Friday) the recruiter called me and screened me. She asked about my basic employment history and then passed my resume on to the branch manager. Then, on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday so the bank was closed), the branch manager set up an interview time with me for the next day, Wednesday. Wednesday I had my in person interview with the branch manager and the assistant branch manager. These ladies were extremely friendly and professional at the same time. I got along with them very well. Basic interview questions were asked about problems you've had with customers and how you solved issues, things like that. The branch manager at the end of the interview told me she was going to pass my resume on to the district manager because the district manager interviews all applicants that the branch manager would see as a good fit. The next day(Thursday) the branch manager called me asking if I could meet with the district manager tomorrow(Friday). So, I had my interview scheduled for 8:30am because I worked at 10am that morning. Friday morning I interviewed with the district manager. She was very sweet and personable, just as the branch manager and assistant branch manager was. Very easy to talk to. Later that day at around 2, I received a call from the recruiter asking me if I would accept the position, and I of course said yes.

Had to first complete online assessment then was called in for interview. First met with the branch manager and then with the district manager. Pretty easy questions. Super basic.
