Got a call from HR to come for an interview giving a decent margin of 2 days. I went for the interview. The interviewer made me wait 50 minutes, since she was in a meeting. At last the interview began after long wait she asked me my previous experience and interrupted in between and said that the profile is a mismatch sorry. I was so furious to hear that. For god’s sake why can’t you screen profiles before inviting candidates for a personal f2f round.
