The recruitment starts with on-line applications. Once provisionally accepted, you are invited to sit a numerical SHL test. If successful at both, you will be invited to an all-expenses covered Assessment Centre. It involves a case study, mock client presentation, team exercise and two 20 minute interviews: competency and technical.
