Colloquio
I filled out an application online with an assessment. Two days later i got a call from the assistant branch manager and scheduled an interview. A couple of questions they asked.
Why banking?
What other questions do you have?
Do you have any experience cash handling?
Any questions for us?
Name a particular situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
Asked questions about resume (I have a degree in a different field) and they asked are you going to use the degree?
Why do you want to leave your previous job?
They brought out a chart and asked me what was my biggest strength on the chart and biggest weakness?
What are the responsibilities in your current job?
have you ever had any cash shortages if so how much?
Those are all the questions that I can remember. They said that I should hear something back within the next two weeks.

- With hiring Manager in her office. Asked questions about goals and why I wanted to work for Chase. She was very nice and I believe she is still the manager of that Chase branch.

Pretty standard interview process. It started with a short phone call, asking about yourself and why you wanted to work there. Then another phone call or zoom going more in-depth about your skills and explaining the role to see if you would be a good fit.
