On the assessment centre day the first round of interviews was in the morning. Starting from sales - like case study: pitching a stock to an investor. Then interviewed by 5 different desks. If you were successful in the interviews you would be invited to one of the desks in the afternoon and have more interviews - I got 6 more

It was a final round interview with 3 of the managers from 3 different divisions of the sales and trading team. You'll learn a lot more about what the job entails but you'll also talk a lot about yourself and your motivations for the job. They'll have your resume with them and will ask you to paint a picture about that.
