Applied online for the Software Engineer position based in Dublin, Ireland. Few days later I received an invitation from JP Morgan UK based internal recruiter for a 1st technical interview. That interview was setup to understand would your candidacy suit the position or not. Furthermore, some problems were asked to be resolved in building a code of your preference. Three days later after interview I got a phone call from the same recruiter to setup another bunch of interviews. The recruiter was not he most happiest person to speak to and he was unpleasant to speak to. After that call I got invite for another 4 interview that were focused on asking technical questions and discussing the projects that I have previously worked on. The interviewees were pretty nice to talk to and I have pleasure doing those interviews. However, for recruiters that are hired in JP Morgan I would wish to be more professional and more responsive to candidates that spend hours in doing interviews. It has been over a month since I have completed doing an interview with JP Morgan and haven't heard back anything on my application. Furthermore, I have tried to contact recruiter multiple times but I was ignored. I hope you treat your employees better than interviewees. That interview was focused on getting to know you and solve a technical question using language of preference. Few days later the UK recruiter called and arranged another set of interviews. Some of them were technical and some were more to find out what personality you have. After completing interview still have not heard back anything from recruiters even thought its been 4 weeks already since I completed doing interview.
