It was a long assessment centre process with 2 interviews and a group discussion. There was a competency interview as well as a case study interview. Overall, was structured well.

2 rounds of interviews. Not technical. Questions are about your experiences, “tell me about a time...”. Overall very straight forward. It was more of a conversation than an interview. You don’t need prior experience in finance to succeed.

Had the interview at their office. The interview was ok. No technical questions. The interviewers are nice and helpful. A pretty chill interview. But the interview time is longer than expected.
