Imagine you get pulled into a meeting in 30 minutes with a CFO of a $5 billion market cap company. What 3 things would you look at beforehand?
First round: CV
Second round: Hirevue
6 or 7 questions. Mostly behavioural plus 1 or two "technical" questions. Every question can be recorded twice.
Third round:
Group work plus three interviews.
No offer in the last round.

It was conducted virtually. Most of the questions were basic. There were technicals on valuation models, with a focus on DCF. Some topics in the behavioral include leadership, personal initiative, multi-tasking skills etc.
