Good Interview There was 4 technical rounds , 1 hr each, It was good interaction. They asked about Algo trading flow. Some technical ques on Geneos, Database performance etc. Also asked about in and out about order management flow.

Joined JPM via a recruitment company. The interviews with JPM staff (just one, via telephone) was not really techmical, more about how I would handle different support situations. and of course covering areas on my CV. I did not find it difficult at all, but others told me they found the process gruelling. The clearance process, criminal record check and so on, after job offer, took about 6 weeks. For me this was OK. But the interaction is all very impersonal, which was a bad (but accurate) omen.
