You first fill out an application on line. Then if the recruiter likes you, you get a phone interview. If you pass that, you get another interview at a training location. If you pass that then you get an interview at the bank you applied for. Once you pass that you’re pretty much hired, depending weather or not you pass you’re back round check.

It was runned by artificial inteligence. I had some questions to answer and my video was recorded. As I understood the AI kept checking my movements and expression to detect confidence, knowledge anf other things.
