Colloquio
Application through careers website, was invited straight to final round interview five weeks later. Had the barebones of a case to prepare that we were given more information about on the day. Assessment center took place at JP Morgan's building in Canary Wharf.
Day was structured around three interviews - first we were given two hours to go through the case and write our recommendations in a word document on a laptop. Following this we had a role play situation in which we pretended to be a junior analyst who had to present their findings to a JP Morgan Associate who was role playing they had a more senior role. Very intense with the employees clearly having been instructed to play the part of the demanding client.
After a break, two more interviews that were more based on evaluating experience, personality and competencies. Much more relaxed tone and pace relative to the other two.

1 round with department VP after HR email, the entire process is chill and conversational. Questions focus on projects listed on my cv, so my advice will be making sure you remember every details you have written on your cv.

I felt the risk analyst interview went smoothly. I confidently discussed my experience, showcased my analytical skills, and provided thorough responses to the interviewers' questions, leaving me hopeful for a positive outcome.

The worst and most unprofessional interview process I’ve ever been through.
The interview was supposed to be 45 minutes, with two JP Morgan employees. One shows up 30 minutes late, and the other pops up for a second at the end and drops off immediately.
During the interview with the one who did show up (30 minutes late), he never bothered turning on his video, he didn’t introduce himself or give a quick introduction to the role, and he couldn’t have been less interested and didn’t bother hiding it. I spent 30 minutes waiting for an interview that lasted less than 10 minutes, and at the end, he says “I guess you’ll interview with the second guy tomorrow.”
After we ended the call and they scheduled the interview with the second guy, I email back telling them no thank you. Who in their right mind would want to work for people like these?

- Tell me about yourself.
- Some questions related to that particular risk. How do you think XX risk will impact JP Morgan?
