3 Rounds of technical interview with a coding challenge. All the questions in the rounds were pretty good and challenging but things didn't work out even after clearing all the rounds

It started with 2 x 45 minutes technical rounds. The first one was a pair programming session and the second one was a technical discussion systems design. Afterwards I got forwarded to the 30 min behavioral round. After all that and a few follow ups with the recruiters I have been ghosted and my application status says "under consideration". I would love for some feedback. Hopefully I do get a response.
