I Have applied with one year exp. I had written test followed by HR round on first day. i was Called for interview 3 days later. This was operational round on video conference with operational Manager.
Questions were basically about previous work exp.

The questions were only about previous work exp. and job specific requirements
like shifts, support during weekends if required etc...
They have pre-printed forms with a bunch of stupid questions that don't actually get to the heart of who you are and how successful you'll be in your position there. The interviewers stick to the script instead of asking real questions and getting to know the person. When there are mass interviews, the process takes around 30 minutes. If the organization is hiring a bunch of people, they barely even pay attention and just write down random stuff you say. If the interviewer likes you, they'll recommend you. If the interviewer doesn't like you, they won't. Pretty simple and straight-forward process.

Vous serez appelé pour le premier entretien avec votre superviseur. Si vous passez, le prochain sera avec trois autres managers. Vous aurez besoin de répéter vos introduction personnelle et de les impressionner tous. Vous ne serez pas embauché à moins que les trois managers aient une bonne opinion de vous. Soyez sur de très bien connaître l’entreprise, comme le modèle de business, les produits, pourquoi ça vous attraie, ce que vous pouvez offrir que d’autres ne peuvent pas, votre plan de carrière, votre force. Vous devez aussi connaître des produits financiers, démontrez vos contributions passées.
Sinon ils sont amicaux et professionnels
