First interview was a hire view, then got 2 interviews with vice president and executive director. It was a 2 month process, the interview was for internship so I wasn't asked many technical questions, it was more about my past experience and my fit for the job.

It was really interesting, all the time they leave open to you to be yourself and they focus complete on my manners and how expressive I'm on daily situations, but all the time i was pushed to express the best on me.
