Very fast-paced and technical (fair enough), but not enough time set aside for questions from the candidate. Did not hear back from J-PAL after completing a 4-hour rigorous and demanding technical exercise and an interview. Disappointing experience for such a well-reputed organization.

Too lengthy procedure and very unprofessional. 6 hrs long tests and will ghost you out without a word no matter how many rounds of interviews you went through. They need to change their hiring process.
