First I filled an online application that included my resume, cover letter and transcripts. They got back to me one month later and informed me I moved forward to the next stage. In this stage, they gave me 3 hours to answer a written test that included basic evaluation and statistical concepts. After 2 weeks they told me I moved forward to a phone interview where they asked me about hypothetical scenarios as well as my previous working experience.
