The interview consisted of 4 separate 1 hour conversations with J2 interactive leadership. It was not a technical interview, but rather a conversation about the job. There weren't any challenging questions, and most of the interviewers were easy and pleasurable to communicate with.

J2 uses Ghost Jobs to keep their candidate pipeline open. I went through 4 rounds of interviews before I found out they weren't actively hiring, despite multiple job postings for the role. I was told I would receive an offer as soon as a new contract was available and never heard from them again.
