Overall was a positive experience even though I did not get the role. First interview was with a recruiter who reached out to me then followed by regional manager and then senior leadership.

How do you build relationships in a clinical setting?
Interview with many people including the ceo
Majority is through Skype interviews if you do not live near.
They will fly you out for In person interviews.
The interview varies in length. Usually 30 min to 1 hour.

The hiring manager seemed very disinterested in the entire process.
Seemed pretty disinterested in my skills set after learning a bit more about my work history, which I was very transparent about through my resume and LinkedIn.
