Interview process was not anything difficult. You get interviewed by the director and supervisor. They ask questions regarding your previous work background and typical questions regarding your work ethic. They also ask you why you want to work for the company.

Zoom call with 2 Jasa staffs. Interview take about an hour long. Fairly easy but only if you know case management well. The questions can be scenarios questions and only an experienced case manager would know them.
