I was called to come in for an interview. I met with three people individually, spent about 15 - 20 minutes with each person. I was later called again, a few days later, to come in for another interview. They contacted me that morning and wanted me to come in that same afternoon. I would have appreciated more notice. When I arrived I was taken into a conference room where there were 9 people sitting at the table. Again I wasn't informed that I would be having a panel interview and wasn't given any time to prepare but I managed to get through it all.
