Total waste of time! Was very much looking forward to the interview but it seems they already had someone else in mind and it was just a formality. They asked me nothing about myself, didn't even discuss my qualifications or experience and when queried about an expected salary for the position, couldn't give me any sort of figure to expect. When I received the call back to tell me that I was unsuccessful, the reasoning they gave was that I would take too long to train up to their standard. How could you know this after asking me zero questions about myself and me having met all expectations for the actual job role? If you hired someone who was more qualified for the job don't insult me by telling me I'm untrainable when you don't know anything about me.
