met with the employer on-site and went over the facilities and responsibility of the job. they simply asked for the lifeguard certificate for verification. then, they asked me oral questions based off the lifeguard certification exam. it was quite simple and fast interview. no need to dress up, but to bring your bathing suit. it's best to be prepared with your lifeguard knowledge and practical skills.
