It was a quick and simple interview, hiring managers were extremely friendly and were willing to work with me in every situation brought up. I got to meet the store manager the same day of my interview which was a great honor. They never made me feel discouraged in any way, they make sure that you feel like a part of the JC Penney family as son as you walk into the store.

What's your availability? Have you had any customer service experience or retail work experience?
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Colloquio
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
