Colloquio
I applied on their hiring kiosk online during the summertime and finally got a call in late October asking to come in for an interview. Turns out they were hiring for holiday help. I went in for my interview and it was a one on one interview with one of the managers basically asking about my availability, days and hours they expected me to work, previous work history, etc. Very simple. They asked me to come in for a second interview that would take place the following day. In that one I was with a different manager and it was more along the lines of customer service questions and scenario questions. Easy. Both managers were very friendly during the interviews, no rushed feeling. I was hired on the spot. No waiting for phone calls later. I started about a week later for training.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
