I began the process at my school's career fair. I was contacted shortly for an interview. If I recall correctly, I had two interviews. The first was on the phone with a recruiter. It was pretty standard. The next was at a store with the Store Leader. I remember there being about 9 "think of a time when" questions. Two tripped me up a lot...I'm not sure if I even ended up answering them. I then had a store tour, where the Store Leader showed me all of the renovations and changes to the store. When I left, I felt a vibe that he knew he didn't want to hire me and I knew I didn't want to work there. However, I got a call later that week that I had gotten the position.
