1 phone call screen with recruiter. General resume/background information. Recruiter was very friendly. 1 phone call interview with immediate director for position. Asked director if they felt my experience would be a good fit, they said yes and the recruiter would be in touch. A week later I reached out to the recruiter and they assured me that I would have an answer about the position by Wednesday (that was the deadline I gave because I had another offer to consider). On Friday I got a generic email that they had filled the position.
