Seemed pretty normal until I got there and waited in line by the bathrooms with 5 other people for 20 minutes, and figured out it was a group interview. Okay, that's fine, whatever. The interview took 1 hour, and they called us each back for individual questioning. When I got back there, the man doing the interview told me "I don't even know why you were on our interview list, we don't need anyone to work afternoons," and showed me out. How did 2 people let me sit through that entire thing without realizing I could only work afternoons? Still disappointed in their communication.

The Interview process was very simple and fast. I applied on Tuesday and got a call back on Friday asking if I could come in for an Interview and got hired on the spot

I submitted my application and followed up with it the next day. I told her my last name and she instantly knew who I was as she had already read over my whole application. I asked if they were hiring and if I could get set up with an interview, she set me up for the soonest day she could.
The interview itself was pretty laid back, she asked pretty simple straight forward questions. Questions asking me about myself, why JCP, what are my talents, am I good with technology, things like that. After about 5 minutes in the interview she stopped me and told me I was hired, and gave me a raise from the salary I was making at my previous job (Maurices).

There weren't any difficult or unexpected questions. My advice is really let your interviewer know how well you are in a stressful, busy, hectic work environment. They want to know you can multitask, and that you enjoy busy and hectic days at work.
