The interview process with JCP started with an initial screening call from an office recruiter and the next step was an extensive interview with 5 different department heads. Between my recruiter and every single person that I interviewed with, I was overwhelmed by their hospitality, welcoming nature, and positivity. Series of interviews with both HR and Buying Teams, all done virtual. Some have the standard interview questions that you expect to answer. All of them are very open to answer any questions you have for them. You are not left wondering anything. Very positive experience.
