Applied online... Got an immediate interview three days later. The manager was very laid back. The main part is to show your personality. My perception of the work environment was cheesy but fun to help others.

I did not find it difficult because I had many years of customer service experience, but the manager who interviewed me used a circular as a prop and we role played. I needed to know how to help the "customer" get what she was intending to buy.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Colloquio
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
