Brief phone interview with hr, very simple, asked about previous experiences and some behavior questions. Took around 30mins. Asked very detailed about previous company, such as the company culture and what did they do

I got a call from the HR one day saying that they have seen my profile in a recruitment site and interested to take forward.
Total 3 rounds of interview were conducted
1st with the hiring manager from Banglore office, 2nd with the manager from TX, US and 3rd round with the Facility Head, Banglore. Within a span of 15 days all 3 rounds have been completed. They said that they are screening few other candidates as well for the same position and will be update me in a week. After that no reply from the HR team, even after multiple follow ups through mails and calls. 1 month later the HR Consultant called me and said that they are still processing my application. He informed me that within a week I'll receive a final call from their end whether I was selected or not. I waited for more than 3 weeks, yet not response from their end.
Hence I called the HR person to enquire about the status, then he said that i was selected but i have to wait for sometime (same 1 week story) as they waiting to receive business ID from the US team to proceed further. After that several weeks passed yet no response from their end.
Verdict: Don't waste your time giving multiple interviews for the job that you are not going to get.

I applied for this position along with two position,, four days later I received a request from a recruit for on site interviews. I was given two options, that were for a four hour duration. This was much longer than any other interview I had ever done. It first started with a tour of corporate then I was given a list of seven interviewers I would be meeting with. The interview process took all four hours, just to hear almost two weeks later that I was not chosen for the position and was not offered any milage reimbursement after driving three hours there and back. For the most part all of the interviews went well except for one of the interviewers telling me that I could have the resume I printed out back because he would just throw it in the trash in his office after our interview. I even sent all interviewers thank you emails thanking them for their time the next day. There is obviously a disregard for candidates' time and effort.
