I applied on a Monday, was called on Tuesday for an interview on Friday. When I got there I learned it was a group interview. It was a really laid back atmosphere. There were two interviewers, and they asked us to introduce ourselves by telling our name, a unique fact about ourselves, if we currently had a job, and what our last job was. They talked about the positions they had to offer, then asked a few general questions you could volunteer to answer. Then we had one on one interviews. I was offered a job and I accepted. Everyone was nice, and I enjoyed the process.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position

Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
