The interview was easy they ask me about some facts on jc penny and it was great and they told me I was hired and they need to run a background check and never called me back

Are you organized ? What brands do you buy at jc penny? What do you know about jc penny? Are you social? Are you in any type of groups or programs?
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.

Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
