I applied online at first. Then I mentioned the app to a friend who happened to know the manager, so we just did the interview at a Starbucks nearby. Hope that's 30 words.

Interview process consisted of a phone interview with the department manager, then store tour/on boarding where I completed new hire paperwork. Very easy and smooth process, I was able to work the holiday season and then was done.
